Every Tattoo Heals Differently
No two tattoos ever heal the same. Every person's skin, body, and lifestyle are unique — and every placement, time of year, or even day of the week can change how a tattoo settles. One piece might heal perfectly solid, while the next could need a quick touch-up in certain spots.
There are countless factors that affect how your skin holds ink: skin texture, immune response, climate, aftercare, clothing friction, diet, sleep, and even how your body regenerates new skin cells. Because of this, touch-ups are a completely natural part of the tattoo process — not a sign that anything went wrong.
It's not always about the artist, the ink, or the technique — sometimes, it's just how your body heals.
Our Free Touch-Up Policy
If your tattoo needs a touch-up and you show us within the first 3 months after getting it, we'll take care of it free of charge — no questions asked.
If you're still in Bali: You can book a free touch-up appointment once your tattoo has fully healed.
If you've already left Bali: Just send us a clear, well-lit photo of the tattoo within 3 months of your appointment. We'll log it under your name so you can claim your free touch-up on your next trip back.
There's no expiry once you've shown us the healed result within that 3-month window — we'll always honour it when you return.
If You Can't Return to Bali Yet
We understand that not everyone can come back right away — and that's totally fine. Once you've shown us the tattoo and we've confirmed that a touch-up is needed, your free touch-up is saved under your name permanently. You can redeem it any time in the future, whether that's a few months or even years later.
Our goal is simple: to make sure your tattoo looks the way it was meant to, no matter how long it takes you to get back here.
When a Touch-Up May Not Be Free
In some cases, a touch-up may fall outside our complimentary policy, such as when:
- Aftercare instructions weren't followed (e.g. picking, peeling, sun exposure, or infection).
- Another artist has reworked or modified the tattoo.
- More than 3 months have passed since the original tattoo date and no proof was provided that it required a touch-up within that period.
- The touch-up request is not part of the original tattoo, such as changes that weren't originally agreed upon (for example, making it darker, thicker, or adjusting the design).
Even then, we're always happy to help restore your tattoo at a fair rate depending on the work required.
Our Commitment
We stand behind every tattoo we create. Touch-ups are simply part of ensuring your tattoo heals beautifully and lasts for years to come.
Our promise is simple — real artists, real results, and tattoos built to last.
