General Agreement
By booking or getting a tattoo at Canggu Ink Club Tattoo, you agree to the terms outlined on this page, along with the additional policies linked below. These terms exist to protect both our clients and our artists, ensuring every experience is professional, safe, and fair.
For information regarding deposits, cancellations, and reschedules, please refer to our Booking Policy.
For details about touch-up eligibility and process, please refer to our Touch-Up Policy.
For information about how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Health, Safety & Eligibility
We maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards. All needles and equipment are single-use, and all workstations are cleaned and disinfected after every client.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or circumstances that may affect tattooing — including if they are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, or recovering from surgery. We may refuse service if we believe tattooing could pose a health risk or compromise the final result.
Clients must not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If we believe it is unsafe to proceed, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the appointment.
Age & Identification
To receive a tattoo, clients must be between 18 and 65 years old.
Valid photo identification (such as a passport or driver's licence) may be required if requested before the tattoo session begins.
We do not tattoo anyone under 18 years of age under any circumstance, even with parental consent.
Waiver & Consent
All clients must complete and sign a Tattoo Consent and Release Form before the tattoo begins. This confirms that you understand the tattoo process, associated risks, and aftercare requirements, and that you consent to being tattooed by one of our artists.
By signing, you acknowledge that you are receiving the tattoo voluntarily and understand that some factors — such as skin type, lifestyle, and healing response — are beyond the artist's control. While Canggu Ink Club Tattoo takes every precaution to provide a safe, hygienic, and professional experience, the final outcome also depends on how your body heals and how aftercare is followed.
We ask that all clients be reasonable in understanding that minor variations in healing or colour are normal. At the same time, we take full responsibility for any genuine errors on our part and will always do what we can to make things right.
Vouchers & Discounts
If you are using a voucher, discount, or promotional offer, it must be presented during the booking process — before your tattoo session begins.
Vouchers shown after the tattoo has started, or after payment has been made, cannot be applied retroactively.
All vouchers must be valid, unexpired, and issued directly by Canggu Ink Club Tattoo or an approved partner.
Photography & Media Use
By visiting our studio, you understand that photos or videos may be taken during or after your session for documentation, portfolio, or marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or featured on our website or social media, please inform our team before your session begins, and we will ensure that no media featuring you is used publicly.
