About the studio

Who You’ll Be Working With

Canggu Ink Club is a busy tattoo studio in Canggu, Bali. Our team has 50+ people in it and we provide services for clients from all over the world.

We are looking for someone to run our front desk. You handle the bookings, look after the clients, take the payments, and keep the studio running smoothly.

You are the first person a client meets and the last person they thank on the way out.

The numbers

The Basics

Take home pay Rp 13 – 16M Per month, paid monthly

Working hours 42 hrs / week 6 days a week, 1 day off

Employment type Full time Permanent, long term role

Working location Canggu, Bali On site at the studio front desk

The role

What You Will Do

Day to day, this is the work.

Welcome clients when they walk in to the studio

Talk with them about their tattoo idea: where it goes, how big, and what style

Provide the price for their tattoo and explain how the booking process works

Match them with the artist who suits their tattoo style

Book them in, and move the booking if they need to change it

Take payments: cash, EDC machine and Xendit, and check the day balances at close

Stay in touch with the artists all day so clients are seen on time

Keep the admin straight: booking records, daily reports and client details

Requirements

What You Need

Be honest with yourself here. If this is you, we want to hear from you.

Must have

2+ years in a front desk, reception, front office, guest services, customer service, admin or hospitality role
Strong English, spoken and written. You will use it with every client
Organised, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
Calm and friendly when the studio is fully booked

Nice to have

Tattoo knowledge and understanding of how the process works
Basic Photoshop for simple tattoo mockups and edits
You have worked a front desk or reception in a spa, salon, clinic, gym, villa, hotel or restaurant
You live in Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak or nearby
